The WAOW TV anchor was found dead at her home in Wausau by officers who were conducting a welfare check. According to some sources, Neena took her own life. Howeever, the cause and manner of her death is yet to be released by the Marathon County medical examiner.

According to WAOW, Neena had a big heart and a contagious smile. Her viewers were invited to share their condolences and memories on her facebook page. Her older sister Kaitlynn Pacholke was beyond heart broken by the death of her life long best friend. Various sources including some of her colleagues said that Neena was a happy person who was going trough a lot mentally.

Pacholke sent her fiance a heart breaking text saying that she could not handle the pain any longer before she took her life. The WAOW TV reporter ended her life by shooting herself in the head at her home in Wisconsin. She died just six weeks before she was supposed to get married to her fiance, Kyle Hase.
