Who Is Curtis Pritchard?
Curtis Pritchard has built a name for himself as a dancer and Choreographer. He has appeared on the Irish version of Dancing With The Stars as a professional dancer. However, he has been known widely for starring in the reality dating TV show Love Island season five. He finished in fourth place on the reality show.
The Irish version of Dancing With The Stars premiered on 8 January, 2017. Curtis was partnered with Thalia Heffernan who is a well known model. The two finished in tenth place after being eliminated in the fourth week of the competition. Curtis went back for the second season in 2018 where he was partnered with Norah Casey a business woman. They were the first couple to be eliminated on the competition. Pritchard was supposed to partner with model Holly Carpenter but was taken out of the competition due to an attack on 27 December 2018.
Curtis has made other career ventures including appearing as a guest choreographer on the BBC Three reality series RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. In December 2019, Pritchard and Tommy Fury appeared on a series called The Boxer and The Ballroom Dancer where they exchanged careers. He has also appeared on; BBC One’s The Greatest Dancer, Celebs Go Dating: The Mansion, The Challenge UK, Love Island Games, and the soap opera Hollyoaks.

Curtis was one of the contestants on the fifth season of the reality dating tv show Love Island. The show premiered on 3 June 2019 on ITV2 and was presented by the late Caroline Flack. Curtis finished in the fourth place leaving the Villa with Maura Higgins. The couple however, did not last. Higgins announced their breakup in March 2020.
Pritchard has come back for a new season of Love Island, however this new tv shows is about previous Love Islander who are still single or did not find love. Love Island: All Stars second season premiered on January 13, 2025. Other reality stars appearing on the show include; Elma Pazar, Gabby Allen, India Reynolds, Kaz Crossley, Luca Bish, Marcel Somerville, Scott Thomas, Ronnie Vint, Olivia Hawkins, and Nas Majeed.

Curtis has been in several public relationships. His most famous relationship was with Maura Higgins. The two met on the reality tv show Love Island season five where they finished in the fourth place. They dated for almost a year until there break up in March 2020. Pritchard was also in a long term relationship with fellow Dancing with the Stars professional dancer, Emily Barker. The couple broke up in 2019.
